EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENT

has changed to

The Paper Trail has successfully introduced free office paper recycling into over 200 schools in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and is now looking to expand this service to include the collection of other recyclables and to collect from other sources. That’s why we changed our name from Paper Magic to Recycle for Learning. The more we can recycle, the more learning opportunities we can provide for schools.

Our new Recycle for Learning website is currently under construction. Until it is ready simply follow the instructions and advice on this existing website or have a chat with the Recycle for Learning team on 0870 950 9272. We can be contacted by e-mail at r4l@thepapertrail.org.uk

WELCOME TO RECYCLE FOR LEARNING

A FREE waste paper collection & recycling scheme especially for schools ...

The Recycle for Learning scheme is a unique interactive collection, recycling and re-use scheme for schools. It is run by the Apsley Paper Trail charity as part of its Paper Trail project in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead, the birthplace of paper’s industrial revolution.

The scheme itself is quite simple – in exchange for schools collecting and sorting ‘office waste paper’ (white or coloured A4 and A3 paper, exercise books and old text book pages), Recycle for Learning will pick up their waste paper for FREE. It is remanufactured into new paper and schools are rewarded for their effort with new recycled paper for use in the school. There is also the opportunity to visit the Paper Trail project to see recycling in action, learn about 200 years of industrial history and experience other curriculum-based activities.
